Images is owned and operated by a husband and wife team in Wilsonville Oregon.
Larry is the photographer and his wife Patti is the make-up and fashion
consultant. A four acre scenic portrait park is complimented by a dedicated
state of the art indoor studio. There are no other employees or "trainee"
photographers, you always get the best !
Larry is a hi-tech corporate
dropout whose life-long hobby has been photography and video. Living on the
river and operating his own small business has long been a dream of his. He had
his first camera at age 6 and at age 13 set up a darkroom in the attic of his
parents home in Laurelhurst. After leaving Intel, Larry went back to school to
pick up some additional theory and credentials in photography and video. This
included coursework at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, the Northwest
Film Center, Pacific Northwest College of Art, and PCC.
Patti's
previous experience as a sales rep for Revlon had her doing makeovers at
Portland area stores. She makes sure that our clients look their best in
their portraits. Patti also helps to ensure proper posing, clothing and
make-up.
The property is loaded with scenic portrait posing opportunities. The lush
landscape has old trees, blooming bushes and several posing structures. Of
course, the river makes for an awesome background and the boat dock is always a
favorite spot. Many studios are forced to simulate outdoor settings for their
portraits. We offer you the real thing!
